Mandy Reilly, LPC, LMHC
(MAN-dee)
she/her
IFS, EMDR & Psychodynamic Therapist
I believe that people are the experts in their own lives and that we are wired to connect, adapt, and grow. But life can be difficult to navigate. We all get stuck sometimes, or we imagine that our lives could be better but cannot seem to find the way on our own. The overarching goal of therapy is to reconnect with our own inner wisdom in order to experience real transformation and healing and to live our full authentic expression of self. It is a deep privilege for me to be part of that process.
I use a holistic, person-centered approach with a mix of evidence-based methods that are tailored to your individual needs. My job is to receive you without agenda or judgement, and to offer a space where you feel seen, heard, and affirmed. We’ll explore your story to understand the influences that may be impacting you now, and we’ll celebrate your strengths and clarify who and how you want to be. Your task is to simply show up and be open to the process.
It takes a lot of courage to reach out for help, especially if you’re entering unknown territory. So, I’m glad you’re here. I love to serve as both witness and guide as people work to feel better and live happier, more meaningful lives.
If you’re ready to seek support from a trained professional, I encourage you to schedule a free consultation to see if I might be the right guide for your journey.
