Psychodynamic Therapist &
TKG Clinical Operations Supervisor
Getting started in the therapeutic process can be anxiety provoking for some but, once engaged, it is genuinely the greatest self-investment you can make.
I work primarily with professional women in NYC who are experiencing challenges with relationships and/or anxiety. I am bilingual and conduct therapy sessions in both Spanish and English.
Through the process of reflection and exploration, I work together with patients to identify and address unresolved areas of concern. This often means investigating the past in order to gain insight on the present, and motivating patients to reach their desired goals. I find it beneficial to use a variety of clinical perspectives as each patient brings a unique set of needs, strengths, and goals.
My approach is collaborative, interactive, and strengths-based. I strive to create an open and warm setting for patients to feel safe and comfortable enough to approach challenging topics. My goal is for therapy to feel genuine, non-judgmental, and empowering. I enjoy working with a diverse population and my clinical practice welcomes all ethnicities, genders, sexualities, and religions.
